Who is responsible

Information and purpose

The inquiry form collects name, email, business name, optional website, selected service and message. Records also include a reference, timestamps and delivery state.

We use your inquiry to understand the project, decide whether our services fit, and respond to you. Submitting an inquiry does not book a project or subscribe you to marketing. Please provide business details needed for the discussion and avoid passwords, payment information or sensitive personal information.

Connection information

Our hosting provider processes connection and request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Our inquiry application uses keyed identifiers derived from the network address for short-lived rate controls, and a keyed duplicate marker derived from the submitted fields, processing mode and a ten-minute time bucket, retained with the inquiry. The application does not store the raw network address in the inquiry record. The rate-control records expire after 20 minutes and are removed by an hourly cleanup job; provider network records and recovery copies can last longer.

Processors and access

The owner of Venture House Group LLC personally reviews inquiries. Access is limited to the owner and the services needed to host the site, store inquiries and deliver email. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for targeted advertising. Our providers may also process information for their own security, compliance and service-operation purposes under their policies.

Cloudflare: Website delivery, request security, inquiry processing and D1 storage/recovery. Privacy information.
Resend: Attempt delivery of the inquiry notification, including the submitted details, to the owner and retain delivery records; an accepted send does not guarantee Inbox receipt. Privacy information.
Google / Gmail: Receive inquiry notifications and store the owner's email conversation with you. Privacy information.
Spline: Host the interactive architectural scene when it loads in your browser; receives connection and device information under its policy. Privacy information.

Retention and deletion

For inquiries that do not become client projects, we delete our working inquiry record and matching owner-controlled email and export copies within 90 days after the last substantive project contact, or after submission if there is no response. Routine internal review and automated reminders do not restart that period. If a project proceeds, the necessary records follow the separately reviewed client and accounting schedule. We may preserve specific records for a documented dispute or legal obligation, with the reason and a review date recorded.

Deletion from our working records does not immediately erase every recovery or provider copy. Under the selected Free services, Cloudflare documents a seven-day D1 recovery window and three-day Workers log retention; Resend documents 30-day email and log retention. Gmail messages remain recoverable in Trash for up to 30 days unless permanently deleted sooner. Google describes a separate deletion process and encrypted backups that may retain data for up to six months, with possible delays and exceptions. These periods describe different systems, not a promise that every copy disappears on the same date. See the linked provider policies for their processing and retention details.

The selected services may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. The inquiry system is not represented as New York-only storage. Provider policies describe their international processing arrangements.

Your choices

Email palatis3@gmail.com for questions or to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry. Include the inquiry reference if you have it; do not send identity documents or passwords in the first message. We may ask for proportionate confirmation that the inquiry is yours. We assess requests under the law that applies and explain any information we need to retain and why.

Optional 3D preview

As you approach the 3D study, this page loads an interactive scene hosted by Spline. If your browser requests reduced motion or data saving, it loads only when you choose “Explore in 3D”. Your browser then connects directly to Spline and sends connection information such as your IP address and browser details. The still image is available when the external scene is closed or automatic loading is disabled. Use “Return to still” to close the embedded scene.

Cookies and analytics

The studio pages use no application cookies, third-party font requests, advertising or client-side analytics. The optional Spline preview is an external service.
